About The Lookout

The Lookout is a penthouse apartment with scenic views over the River Dart and Royal Britannia Naval College and is only a few minutes’ walk from Dartmouth’s town centre. It is comfortable and spacious boasting an envious balcony and off-road parking. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this makes a great apartment for a family or two couples.

  • The master bedroom with a king-size bed, which can turn into a twin, and enjoys glorious views over Dartmouth and the Dart estuary. Located in the room is a vanity desk, and a flatscreen TV with Freeview and comfy seating to enjoy the vista. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

  • The second bedroom is furnished with a super king-size zip and link bed which can become a twin room upon request. This room enjoys views of the Royal Britannia Naval Collage. Family bathroom is adjacent.

  • The Lookout at Lauriston House has an additional spacious family bathroom with a large bath with shower over, a wash basin and WC.

  • This apartment has a comfortable living space featuring a modern gas fireplace, a glass balcony and a flatscreen smart TV with Freeview. There is also a sofa, two cosy chairs and a wooden coffee table.

  • The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, hob, washer dryer, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. It also has a microwave, kettle and a toaster. The cupboards and drawers are stocked with a range of utensils for those wishing to stay in and cook. The dining space boasts a view of Dartmouth town and has a wooden dining table with seating for four.

  • The Lookout benefits from off-road parking for one car. When staying here one can easily explore Dartmouth via a small lane which leads guests down towards the town’s award-winning restaurants, quaint cafes and colourful shops.

  • Please be advised that all our properties are available to check-in from 4pm. Check-out time is 10am however if you would like a later check-out, please contact us and we shall try to accommodate where possible.

  • Four-legged friends are welcome at The Lookout and a charged at £20 per night.

  • We provide a starter pack of milk, tea, sugar, coffee pods, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets for all our stays. Within the bathroom you will find complimentary toiletries such as handwash, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner.
