This giveaway promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

The winner of this competition will be randomly drawn on the 1st April 2021 and will be contacted by Ways Away to choose from a selection of dates in October 2021, excluding the half term week. This free stay will be for three nights in one of our three properties in Dartmouth; Merchants Rise, Merchants Rest or Lauriston House.  The property will be chosen depending on availability at the time of booking.  A maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children can stay.  

This prize must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part and it cannot be resold.

Ways Away reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
