About Castle Mews

Castle Mews is a contemporary and bright house in central Dartmouth location. It is a two bedroom property with plenty of character and space, making it suitable for a group of friends or a family. It is located on a quiet street, opposite St Saviours church, within the heart of Dartmouth.

  • Castle Mews’ master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, integrated chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror and two bedside cabinets with lamps. This bedroom also benefits from a modern en-suite bathroom with wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaver point and a bath with shower overhead.

  • The second bedroom is located at the front of the property and has views overlooking the nearby church. It has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, mirror and a free-standing wardrobe.

  • Castle Mews has a large family bathroom providing plenty of space for washing and drying, and has a large bath, shower overhead, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin. There is also a small utility space and additional storage.

  • The mezzanine is a versatile space, overlooking the living room. Enclosed by a glass balustrade, an ideal setting for your home office, playroom or third bedroom. This space is furnished with a futon bed and desk.

  • The living space benefits from a double height aspect and characterful wooden beams. You can relax in the warmth created by the statement log burner. There is also a comfortable two-person sofa and co-ordinating chairs, in addition to a dining table which can seat six.

  • The kitchen has been designed in a country-style with glossy, stone work surfaces, creating a homely and sophisticated feel for those wishing to cook during their stay. There is an electric double oven with integrated grill and electric hob alongside a dishwasher and fridge-freezer. It is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine whilst the cupboards and drawers are stocked with crockery and utensils.

  • On the lower ground floor, and accessible via a set of steep steps, is a utility room which has been fitted with a sink, washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided.

  • Situated opposite the church, 1 Castle Mews is on a quiet pedestrianised street behind Dartmouth’s central quay. As such there is no onsite parking however parking is available in a private carpark a short walk away. This property is positioned within easy access to Dartmouth’s wonderful restaurants and independent boutiques.

  • Please be advised that all our properties are available to check-in from 4pm. Check-out time is 10am however if you would like a later check-out, please contact us and we shall try to accommodate where possible.

  • Harbour Living is only one of two properties where we do not permit pets. Please see our other properties if you would like to bring your four-legged friend.
