No, we do not provide beach or pool towels. We provide hand and bath towels for all our guests.

Yes, we allow dogs in 4 out of 6 of our properties. In these properties, we provide a dog bed and a jar or little treats. Please be advised that we have two properties where we do not allow dogs which are Harbour Living and Castle Mews.

All our kitchens are fully equipped, there are irons and ironing boards, WIFI throughout each property. Basic toiletries are provided such as handwash, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner in each bathroom. There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom of the house. We also provide a starter pack of milk, tea, sugar, coffee pods, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets.

We allow dogs in 4 out of 6 of our properties - please see the individual property pages for more information. We charge £20 per dog per night for direct bookings and provide a dog bed and a jar of little treats.

Cancelling or Transferring Your Booking
Please check that all the details stated in your booking confirmation are accurate and notify as soon as possible if you believe there been an error, using the details above. If you wish to make a change to an existing, confirmed booking, we must be notified in writing either by post or by email. If you wish to change your dates and it results in a higher price, the remaining balance will be added to the final total and must be paid 8 weeks before arrival or if your new arrival date is in less than 8 weeks you must pay the balance in full.
If you do not wish to reschedule your stay, you may incur a cancellation fee. Please see the table below for an explanation of our cancellation charges.
More than 13 weeks before arrival: Full refund
12–8 weeks before arrival: 50% of total booking cost
8–5 weeks before arrival: 80% of total booking cost
5–1 week before arrival: 95% of total booking cost
Less than 1 week before arrival: 100% of total booking cost
In the event that you wish to cut short your stay for whatever reason, you will not be issued a refund.
