The master bedroom has unrivalled views over the river, it is light and comfortably furnished to a high standard. It has a 6ft super king bed which can be turned into twin beds if needed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror. The master bedroom also benefits from a modern, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, full size bath, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaver point.

This large family bedroom also has beautiful views overlooking the mouth of the River Dart. It has a king size bed and a small, single bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, mirror, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV. (This room has an interconnecting door to the third bedroom next door so it is ideal for family use.)

Also overlooking the river, the third bedroom has a super king size bed with plenty of storage, a sitting space and a flat screen TV, dressing table.

This is a large, double aspect room overlooking the Britannia Royal Naval College and is furnished with a king-size bed, characterful French-style furniture, plenty of storage, a flat screen TV and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The modern family bathroom is spacious with a large bath with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

The spacious hallway opens up into the comfortable family sitting room, furnished with four comfy sofas, flatscreen television and an open fireplace for fires in the winter. It is the perfect spot to enjoy some quiet escapism with a book or your favourite film during your stay.

From the hallway, the staircase will take you to a huge landing area with a double sofa bed ( allowing for additional sleeping up to 11).

The kitchen is luxurious, modern and open plan with a large, central island with stone worksurface. The kitchen has a homely and sophisticated feel for those wishing to cook during their stay.

It is fully fitted with a Neff electric double oven and an electric hob alongside a dishwasher and fridge-freezer. It is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine whilst the cupboards and drawers are stocked with a range of essential crockery and utensils.

The dining table can seat up to twelve guests and the cosy snug area has a large, flat screen TV for casual lounging.

There is also an adjoining boot room to store your coats, luggage and more during your stay. In the boot room, you will also find essential utility equipment such as a washing machine dryer, an ironing board and iron.

Lauriston House has an outdoor, heated swimming pool which overlooks the garden and has enviable views over the River Dart. The garden is large and well maintained with lawn and patio areas and an open, yet covered alfresco dining area. At the bottom of the garden is a wooden gate which opens onto a quiet but steep lane to take you down into the town.
