About Harbour Living

This stylish and bright first floor apartment with outstanding views of the harbour and river has been tastefully renovated with modern amenities whilst retaining many original features including floor to ceiling sash windows.

  • Harbour Living has one bedroom, making it the perfect retreat for couples. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and two bedside cabinets with lamps.

  • There is one shower room at Harbour Living which features a sleek, tiled shower, WC, wash basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

  • The interior of this apartment benefits from a large living and dining area. The original fireplace and sash windows remain yet the kitchen has been upgraded with high-gloss doors and stone work surfaces. The living space has been furnished with a leather sofa and co-ordinating chair, and a coffee table. There is also a smart TV. The dining space has a glass table which seats four. The result is a contemporary, light and airy feel; perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding South Devon coastline.

  • Harbour Living has a modern kitchen with an electric double oven with integrated grill and electric hob. There is a dishwasher and fridge-freezer. It is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine whilst the cupboards and drawers are stocked with a range of crockery and utensils.

  • Situated opposite the quay, Harbour Living benefits from nearby, private parking, suitable for one medium-sized car.

  • All our properties have access to electric car charging at our car park in the centre of Dartmouth. Charges will apply and spaces are limited so please contact us using the details below to reserve your spot today.

  • Harbour Living has private, off-road parking. The postcode is TQ6 9NF. There is a large sign to mark the space and you park in front of the sign (the parking beside it is for a local hotel and not for our guests). To lower the chain please enter the code provided within your confirmation into the blue padlock on the right. When replacing the chain, please remember to scramble the lock.

  • Please be advised that all our properties are available to check-in from 4pm. Check-out time is 10am however if you would like a later check-out, please contact us and we shall try to accommodate where possible.

  • Harbour Living is only one of two properties where we do not permit pets. Please see our other properties if you would like to bring your four-legged friend.

  • We provide a starter pack of milk, tea, sugar, coffee pods, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets for all our stays. Within the bathroom you will find complimentary toiletries such as handwash, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner.
