Overview

Harbour Living is enviably located within the heart of the historic naval town of Dartmouth, South Devon. It is a contemporary first floor apartment with outstanding views of the harbour and river. It has been tastefully renovated with modern amenities whilst retaining many original features including floor to ceiling sash windows. It is a comfortable and modern apartment with plenty of character in a central waterfront location.

Kitchen

Harbour Living has a high-gloss modern kitchen with an electric double oven with integrated grill and electric hob. There is a dishwasher and fridge-freezer. It is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine whilst the cupboards and drawers are stocked with a range of nautical crockery and utensils.

*An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided

Living Area

The interior of this apartment benefits from a large living and dining area. The original fireplace and sash windows remain yet the kitchen has been upgraded with high-gloss doors and stone work surfaces. The living space has been furnished with a leather sofa and co-ordinating chair, and a coffee table. There is also a 42” flatscreen, internet-enabled TV with Freeview. The dining space has a glass table which seats four. The result is a contemporary, light and airy feel; perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding South Devon coastline.

Master Bedroom

Harbour Living has one bedroom, making it the perfect retreat for couples. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and two bedside cabinets with lamps.

Shower Room

There is one shower room at Harbour Living which features a sleek, tiled shower, WC, wash basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Exterior / Parking

Situated opposite the quay, Harbour Living benefits from panoramic waterfront views. The near floor-to-ceiling windows floor the apartment with natural light. This apartment also has nearby, private parking, suitable for one medium-sized car.
