It has been tastefully renovated with modern amenities whilst retaining many original features including floor to ceiling sash windows. It is a comfortable and modern apartment with plenty of character in a central waterfront location.
Harbour Living has a high-gloss modern kitchen with an electric double oven with integrated grill and electric hob. There is a dishwasher and fridge-freezer. It is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine whilst the cupboards and drawers are stocked with a range of nautical crockery and utensils.

The interior of this apartment benefits from a large living and dining area. The original fireplace and sash windows remain yet the kitchen has been upgraded with high-gloss doors and stone work surfaces. The living space has been furnished with a leather sofa and co-ordinating chair, and a coffee table. There is also a 42” flatscreen, internet-enabled TV with Freeview. The dining space has a glass table which seats four. The result is a contemporary, light and airy feel; perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding South Devon coastline.
Harbour Living has one bedroom, making it the perfect retreat for couples. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and two bedside cabinets with lamps.
There is one shower room at Harbour Living which features a sleek, tiled shower, WC, wash basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.
